I can’t access my BigPanda University account, what should I do?
You can use the “Forgot password” link to request a new password. Corporate spam filters sometimes stop our messages from reaching your inbox. If that happens, send us a request via email at university@bigpanda.io.
Why haven't I received the confirmation email for my BigPanda University account?
Sometimes corporate spam filters block these emails from coming through. We recommend that you ask your IT team to whitelist emails coming from BigPanda. In the meantime, email us to have your account confirmed.
What is BigPanda Community?
The BigPanda Community is an online platform designed to help users of BigPanda (and people interested in learning more about it) to share knowledge, discuss best practices, troubleshoot problems, and exchange ideas.
